Refund policy

At Soul Delight Creations, each order is created with attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made, we have the following policy:

Custom Orders

  • All custom items are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom products unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Non-Custom Items

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:

  1. Email us at souldelightcreations@yahoo.com
  2. Include clear photos of the issue
  3. Include your order number

Once approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, work may have already begun.
