Where are you located?
We are based in Barbados and offer island-wide delivery. International shipping is available upon request.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! Custom orders are welcome. You can place one using our Custom Order Form or by contacting us directly.

Ordering & Customization

How do I place a custom order?
Fill out our Custom Order Form with your design idea, colors, and photos (if needed). We will confirm your order within 24–48 hours.

Will I receive a design proof?
Yes. All custom orders include a digital mockup for approval. Production begins only after you confirm the final design.

What type of images can I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or clear phone photos for reference.

Processing Time

How long does an order take to be completed?
Our standard processing time is 3–7 business days depending on the product. Larger or bulk orders may take longer.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing a rush order.

Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we provide delivery across Barbados for a small fee. Pickup options may also be available.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally upon request. Contact us for a quote before purchasing.

We accept cash, bank transfers, debit/credit card payments, and online payments depending on availability.

Why do custom products cost more?
Custom items require extra design time and special materials, which may affect pricing.

What is your return policy?
Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is an error made on our part.

What if there is a problem with my order?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can fix the issue promptly.

How do I care for my custom mugs and tumblers?
Handwash only. Do not soak. Not dishwasher or microwave safe unless specified.
